Lindsborg, Kansas - Swedish Paradise

This past weekend, we went on a trip with my Dad's extended family. Our destination: Lindsborg, Kansas. See - my Dad's family is Swedish. We try to carry on some traditions, eat traditional foods, and identify with those crazy Swedish stereo-types. Anyway, we decided to go on an adventure together to the Midsummers festival there. It was very fun seeing all of the customs, eating the fine cusine (grin) and sharing time with my family.

Our favorite Lake

There is a lake in the mountains of Rocky Mountain National Park that we love. It is a short - easy hike that the boys don't complain about too much. The views are breathtaking! We go back - time & time again. This is why we love Colorado.

Walker's first Rockies Baseball Game

We had the opportunity to go to a baseball game with all the kids. A&D loved it, walker slept through it. :)

My Mom loves Batista

Ok - so my sons went to see a real WWE wrestling match here in Denver with Justen. I "helped" with the signs. Axel's said "My Mom Loves Batista". :) I'm a sucker for ENORMOUS veiny arms....heeheehee.

Graduation

Can you believe it? My two babies graduated Kindergarten last week!

So cute and so grown up at the same time.

I'm Back...& this time with Baby #3

Hello-

It is time to start posting again. I am hoping to keep up on this and at least post a few times a month.

As most of you know, we welcomed our 3rd baby boy in March. Walker is a sweet little bug. We are all adjusting well. I am on maternity leave until next week - when I go back part-time. It is with mixed feelings...will be nice to be back in the thick of things....but I'm not ready to leave him. Justen is off from school starting June 1....so he'll have plenty of daddy time.

Happy Valentines Day - Late

Hello! I hope you had a terrific Valentines. As part of our 'week' long celebration of this love fest, we attended the boys' SWEETHEART' dance at their preschool. Very fun and completely adorable.
